İKAM çalıştaylarının onuncusu Gıda Güvenliği ve Helal Gıda Çalıştayı" başlığıyla online olarak gerçekleştirildi. 11 Aralık 2021 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen çalıştayda Prof. Dr. Hacı Mehmet Günay “Gıda Güvenliği Bağlamında Helal Gıda ve Helal Belgelendirme” hakkında, Erdoğan Burak Ezeroğlu ise “Gıda Güvenliği: Türkiye ve İİT Üye Ülkelerinin Karşılaştırmalı Analizi" konusunda sunum gerçekleştirdi. Çalıştaya İlahiyat, İslam İktisadı ve Finans ve Çalışma Ekonomisi ve İşletme İlişkileri bölümlerinden, çoğunluğu lisans düzeyinde olmak üzere yüksek lisans ve doktora düzeyinde öğrenciler ve sektörden temsilciler katıldı.
