The report was introduced to the public with a well-attended program held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.

The Field Monitoring Reports Project, which started with the first reports published in 2020, covers five main areas: Economy, Society, Education, Law and Civil Society. These annual reports adopt a data-based and inclusive approach. Along with the report, the Social Data platform includes hundreds of graphs and analyses. In the first part of the report prepared by İLKE Foundation's Center for Social Thought and Research (TODAM), the outlook of society in 16 different categories is depicted through concrete indicators, graphs and comparisons. In the second part of the report, health, family, education, working life and inequalities are evaluated by experts.
