The ILKE Foundation, established with the aim of keeping Islamic and human values alive and being instrumental in their implementation, produces information, policies and strategies in the areas Turkey needs, conducts research to guide decision makers and demonstrates its sensitivity to contributing to the formation of the necessary accumulation for the future in terms of the security of personal data. With this understanding, we attach great importance to the processing, storage and deletion of private and general personal data belonging to our participants in all kinds of media in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the secondary regulations (regulation, circular, communique) that have been enacted and will be enacted in accordance with the Law, and the decisions taken and to be taken by the binding Personal Data Protection Board. Being aware of this responsibility, we process your personal data in the capacity of “Data Controller” as defined in the Law, as explained below and within the limits ordered by the legislation.

for its purposes, it is processed in a limited and measured manner in accordance with the law, honesty rules and in connection with these purposes at all times within the framework of the limits specified in the Law.

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, within the scope of the purposes listed above, is subject to Section 8 of the Law. and 9. in accordance with the conditions specified in the article, it can be transferred to natural and legal persons, authorized other public institutions and organizations, judicial and administrative judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, institutions and organizations with which we have business relations, authorities related to information, policy and strategy production activities, the relevant ministry and thought and educational associations with the same purpose, consulting, technology and education companies that receive external services.

4. METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASONS

Your personal data are collected orally, in writing or electronically by means of automatic and non-automatic methods such as e-mail, telephone, website, various contracts, forms and minutes kept in paper environment by natural or legal persons processing data authorized by the PRINCIPLE Foundation.

5. THE RIGHTS OF DATA OWNERS UNDER THE LAW

At any time, by applying to the ILKE Ilim Kültür Education Foundation, your personal data;

• It can find out whether it has been processed, the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose, and if it has been processed, it can request information about it,

• In accordance with the law, it can find out the third parties to whom your information is shared at home and abroad,

• If you think that your information has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, you may request that it be corrected,

• 7 of the Law. may request the deletion or destruction of your information within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the article,

• It may request that the third parties to whom your information is transferred be notified of your requests specified in subparagraphs (c) and (d) and perform the same operations,

• You can object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of your information by automated systems, or if you believe that it was recorded or used illegally and you have suffered damage for this reason, you can request compensation for the damage.

Pays Octavo If the application you make for these purposes requires an additional cost, you will have to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on the Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your application is answered in writing, there will be no fee until the first 10 (ten) pages, and a transaction fee of 1 TL will be charged for each page above 10 (ten) pages. If the answer to your application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee will be reflected to you as much as the cost of the recording medium.

Your requests contained in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.

In order to benefit from your rights under the law, you can submit your applications to the PRINCIPLE Foundation in writing, provided that they are in Turkish, and you can visit the website of the Personal Data Protection Authority to get detailed information.

In the application containing your explanations about the right that you have as a personal data owner and that you will make and request to use your rights mentioned above, you will need to submit your private power of attorney, certified by a notary public, to be clear and understandable, the subject you are requesting is related to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else.

It is mandatory to include name-surname, signature, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, phone number, subject matter of the request in your applications in accordance with the “Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller”. Applications that do not contain these elements will be rejected by the PRINCIPLE Foundation.

The PRINCIPLE Foundation always reserves the right to make changes to this clarification text for reasons arising from the Law, secondary regulations and Board decisions. Changes to be made to the clarification text and the current text will take effect immediately as of the date of notification to you.
