He graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara University, in 2004. He has worked in various public institutions such as the State Planning Organization, Ministry of Development, and the Presidency's Strategy and Budget Department.

In 2008, he earned his master's degree in European Studies from METU, followed by another master's degree in Economics from North Carolina State University in 2014. In 2022, he completed his Ph.D. in Social Policy at Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

His research focuses on labor markets, working life, and public personnel regimes.
