He graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2006. He completed his first master’s degree at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2008 and his second at Brown University in 2009. In 2014, he earned his Ph.D. from Tilburg University.

From 2014 to 2017, he worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at the University of Portsmouth. Since 2017, he has been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Economics at Istanbul Medeniyet University. His research focuses on microeconomics and game theory.
