Karahan currently serves as the President of the Turkish Association for Economic Enterprise and Business Ethics (İGİAD). Previously, he was the Founding President of the Laleli Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association. He is also a member of the boards of İLKE Foundation and Derya Öncü College, and continues his involvement with MÜSİAD as an active member.
