İLKE İlim Kültür Eğitim Vakfı,
2018'de başlattığı Geleceğin Türkiyesi Projesinin beşinci raporu Geleceğin Türkiyesinde Dış Politika Raporu'nu tamamladı. Rapor 25  Şubat 2020 Salı günü 10:00'da Şişli Grand Cevahir Hotel'de düzenlenecek programla kamuoyuna sunulacak.

İstanbul Üniversitesi Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Süleyman Güder, Konya Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Öğretim Üyesi Prof. Dr. Murat Çemrek  ve Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi Dr. Öğr. Üyesi M. Hüseyin Mercan tarafından kaleme alınan Geleceğin Türkiyesinde Dış Politika raporu bu ay kamuoyu ile paylaşılacak.

Raporda Türkiye’nin dış politikasının anlaşılması adına geçmişten günümüze geniş bir dönemi kapsayan dış politika analizi yapılıyor. Sonrasında 21.yy’da değişen küresel siyaset dinamikler ve dış politikamıza yansımaları ele alınıyor. Türk dış politikasının kronikleşen sorunları ve son dönemdeki siyasal gelişmelerden kaynaklanan bazı değişimler tespit edilerek Geleceğin Türkiyesinde Dış Politika için bazı kurumsal ve yapısal vizyon önerileri sunuluyor.
 
İLKE Vakfı tarafından 2018 yılında başlatılan ve 8 serilik bir rapor silsilesini oluşturan Geleceğin Türkiyesi Projesi, Türkiye’nin kritik meselelerinde vizyoner önerilere imza atıyor. Eğitim, Yükseköğretim, Ekonomi, Yönetim, Dış Politika, Sosyal Politikalar, Kültür Politikaları ve Sivil Toplum olmak üzere belirlenen alanlarda dünyanın nabzını ölçen aynı zamanda da yerel dinamiklerimizle beslenen ilke koyucu, çözüm vaz eden önerileri kamuoyu ile paylaşmaya devam ediyor.
 
İLKE Vakfı daha önce de Eğitim, Yükseköğretim, Ekonomi  ve Yönetim alanlarında raporlar hazırlayarak kamuoyu ile paylaşmıştı

FOREIGN POLICY IN THE TURKEY OF THE FUTURE

The “Foreign Policy in the Turkey of the Future,” beyond providing a foreign policy vision for the future, intends to lay out a comprehensive, coherent, and practical framework of analysis for Turkish foreign policy (TFP). Firstly, report touches upon the critical junctures of basic foreign policy in the last century and evaluates Turkey’s position in the world while providing a general outlook on TFP. Secondly, it analyzes TFP’s relations with global and regional actors during the AK Party era. Thirdly, report is devoted to examining the principal parameters that will influence foreign policy in Turkey’s future. The final section of the report, has been prepared with the aims of determining the weaknesses in Turkish fore-ign policy and bringing principle-advocating suggestions regarding visions for both institutions and foreign policy as a result of the topics addressed in previous parts.

Report on Social Policies in the Turkey of the Future

A Report on Social Policies in the Turkey of the Future has been published under auspices of ILKE Foundation. In the report, 6 basic social policy implementation areas have been examined including education, social insurance, health, social services, social benefits, and housing. While health expenditures were around 3% in the 90's, in 2019 this went up to 12.5%. Among the OECD countries, Turkey is the country that observed the highest increase in social spending.With the social security and health reform carried out in 2006, the integration and synchronization of these services under the ASP ministry in 2011 the poverty rate in the country has decreased.As a specific example, despite the 4 + 4 + 4 level, 12-year education, the number of students per teacher decreased with the increase in the number of schools and branches. It was emphasized that, in addition to breakthroughs such as the construction of new hospitals in the field of health, the combination of hospitals and the elimination of queues, policies such as taking many treatments under health insurance and including people who do not have the means to general health insurance are important developments in terms of Turkey's social policies.Stating that the purpose of social policies actually means that the state provides a quality and peaceful life to its citizens, it was stated that this ultimate goal should have 3 basic projections.Ensuring social justiceTo raise human capital and human development Increasing life satisfaction
