Dokur completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Business Administration at Kocaeli University. After many years in the trade sector, he worked as a manager in the sales and marketing department of a private company operating in the food industry. He is currently serving as the Administrative and Social Affairs Coordinator at the ILKE Foundation.
