He completed his undergraduate studies in Financial Technology at Bilkent University, majoring in Accounting Information Systems. He also studied for one year at Burgundy School of Business in France. He earned both his master’s and PhD degrees in Middle Eastern Economic Policy at Marmara University’s Institute for Middle Eastern and Islamic Countries Studies.

After working in areas such as Business Development and Innovation, as well as Albaraka Garaj at Albaraka Türk, he took part in the Insha digital banking project in Germany. He later worked as a Product Manager at Architecht, the technology subsidiary of Kuveyt Türk.

At the Presidential Finance Office, he served as the Director of Financial Technologies, where he led major initiatives such as Turkey’s first National Fintech Strategy and the Turkey Fintech Guide. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager responsible for strategy and investment at Macellan.
