She graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University in 2020. She completed her master’s degree in the Economics and Management program at the same university with a thesis focusing on the ethical positions of bank employees.

Between 2021 and 2022, she served as the publishing coordinator of the peer-reviewed Turkish Journal of Business Ethics. During the same period, she worked as a researcher on business ethics projects conducted in collaboration between the ILKE Foundation and İGİAD.

Since June 2022, she has been continuing her work as the Research and Publications Coordinator at the ILKE Foundation.
