He was born in 1961 in Siverek, Şanlıurfa. He completed his high school education in Şanlıurfa. He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Education, Marmara University in 1985. For ten years, he worked as a teacher and administrator at technical and vocational high schools. He served for ten years at Öncü Educational Institutions, which he co-founded, holding positions such as Operations Manager and Deputy General Manager. In 2004, he was appointed General Manager of the same institution. In 2014, he resigned from his position at Öncü Educational Institutions. That same year, he began serving as Audit Director at the İlim Yayma Society, a role he continues to hold today.
