Hüseyin Dinçel was born in 1968 in Çaykara, Trabzon. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, where he studied from 1985 to 1989. Between 1990 and 1998, he contributed to numerous projects with Biat Construction. In 1998, he co-founded Akyapı Construction with a partner.

He has served as Vice Chairman of the Board at the Turkish Association for Economic Enterprise and Business Ethics (İGİAD) and continues to actively participate in various non-governmental organizations. In 2015, he established the Akyuva Foundation to support the care and education of orphaned children and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the foundation.

Hüseyin Dinçel is married and has four children.
