Fatih Gündoğan graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). He completed his master’s degree at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany and his doctoral studies at Graz University of Technology in Austria, focusing on intelligent transportation systems.

He held various managerial positions at İSBAK Inc., a subsidiary of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB), where he led numerous smart city and intelligent transportation projects. Between 2015 and 2019, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for technical operations. From 2019 to 2021, he was the General Manager of one of Turkey’s leading smart city technology companies.

He is the founder of Streadlab Strategy and Technology, and currently serves as the General Manager of Tekhnelogos Software. In addition, he teaches graduate-level courses as a guest lecturer at Yıldız Technical University and Istanbul Commerce University.
