Emre Şatır was born in Istanbul in 1981. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University. Throughout his career, he has worked in various commercial enterprises. In 2013, he earned the title of Certified Public Accountant.

Since 2017, he has been working independently as a financial consultant. He has also been serving as the Financial Affairs Coordinator at the ILKE Foundation since 2018. Emre Şatır is married and has three children.
