She graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School and the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University. As part of a student exchange program, she studied for one semester at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman. She completed her master’s degree in the field of Islamic History at the Institute of Social Sciences at Marmara University. She is currently working as a Research Assistant at EPAM (Center for Educational Policy Studies), which operates under the ILKE Foundation.
