"Outlook of Society 2024" and "Disadvantaged Workers" Reports Introduced to the Public
The "Outlook of Society 2024 Report" and the "Disadvantaged Workers Research Report," prepared by the ILKE Foundation Research Center for Social Thought and Policy (TODAM), were introduced to the public at a program held at the ILKE Foundation on May 15, 2025.
The presentation held at the ILKE Foundation began with the opening speech of Asst. Prof. Dr. Elyesa Koytak. Following this, Enes Koru, an ILKE researcher and one of the authors, delivered a presentation addressing the most significant problems of the social structure in Türkiye, in line with the preparation process, methodology, purpose, and key findings of the Outlook of Society 2024 report. Subsequently, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Tiyek, Director of TODAM, shared the key findings of the Disadvantaged Workers research report, which he edited, and made a presentation containing potential solution proposals for the relevant issues.
Academics, civil society representatives, journalists, and public institution officials showed great interest in the program. Following the report presentations, participants shared their views, suggestions, and questions regarding the reports and made various evaluations.
