He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Kocaeli University. He earned his master’s degree in Production Management and Marketing from the same university. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Management and Organization at Uludağ University.

Following his graduation, he worked as a project assistant for a company involved in the high-speed train project and later served as a passenger services agent at the international terminal of Atatürk Airport. Since 2017, he has been working as a Specialist at the Corporate Governance Academy within the İLKE Foundation.
