He graduated from the Department of Finance at Marmara University in 2015. He completed his master’s degree at the same university in the field of Public Economics with a thesis focused on the current account deficit and renewable energy.

He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Finance at Istanbul University, which he started in 2019. Since 2017, he has been working as a research assistant at Istanbul Arel University.

His academic research continues in the areas of government debt, government budgeting, and fiscal policy.
