He completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Public Finance at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Political Science, and both his master’s and doctoral degrees at the Banking and Insurance Institute of Marmara University.

He held various roles in external operations and international banking at Faisal Finance Corporation, Family Finance Corporation, and Turkey Finance Corporation. In 2009, he began working as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, King Saud University.

He has taught courses on banking and finance at both undergraduate and graduate levels and has conducted academic research. He has published articles in national and international journals, as well as authored books.

He currently works at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Science, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
