Presenting the The Law Monitoring Report 2021

The Contents of the Law Monitoring Report 2021 that has been compiled as part of Foundation for Science Culture and Education’s (İLKE) Project initiated in 2020 i.e. Field Monitoring Reports will be shared with public through a program that will held on Thursday, September 1st in Istanbul.

The İLKE Foundation aims to analyze and compile current data and studies published every year in the fields of Economics, Education, Law, and Civil Society and transform them into usable information through Field Monitoring Reports. This report prepared by the Research Centre for Social Thought and Policy (TODAM) within the scope of the Field Monitoring Reports Project will be presented before the public at the Mercure Hotel Altunizade at 18.00 on the official opening day of the judicial year, September 1.

The program that will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Nihat Bulut while Assoc. Dr. Abdurrahman Savaş, Advocate Dr. Murat Sadak, Advocate Dr. Ozan Tok, Advocate Dr. Ramazan Ariturk, and Advocate Dr. Vahap Coşkun will participate as panelists. The Law Monitoring Report aims to present the field of law to the public with a broad and holistic perspective by analyzing the legal developments that came onto fore in Turkey during the year 2021. In addition, experts, academicians, and lawyers have evaluated all areas of law in Turkey within the framework of analysis articles based on the data published by the Ministry of Justice and many other public institutions for the year 2021. Consisting of 6 main chapters and 29 articles, the report presents the legal balance sheet of 2021 by considering the field of law as well as sociology and economics, with an interdisciplinary approach.
