Enes Koru

He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Istanbul University. He began his master’s studies at Istanbul Şehir University and is currently continuing them at Marmara University in the same department. His master’s thesis focuses on the U.S.–China artificial intelligence rivalry within the context of securitization.

He joined the ILKE Foundation as a researcher in 2021. At TODAM, he has been involved in a wide range of activities including research and publication, project development, report writing, data analysis and visualization, editorial work, and organizing workshops and launch events. He currently serves as the unit coordinator at TODAM. Most recently, he published a report titled Istanbul 39: A Socioeconomic Overview of the Districts.
