STK Yöneticilere Yönelik Liderlik Eğitimi Düzenlendi

İLKE Vakfı Sivil Toplum Akademisi (STA), Oxford İslam Araştırmaları Merkezi'nde uzun süredir kıdemli öğretim üyesi olan liderlik eğitmeni ve akademisyen Prof. Dr. Basil Mustafa'yı ağırladı.

“Değerlere Dayalı Liderlik Sanatı” başlıklı bu eğitimde Prof. Mustafa, gerçek liderlerin gereklilikleri, çalışma ortamına ve şirket performansına etkileri ve gelişim süreçlerinden bahsetti. Eğitmen, değerlerin önemine, organizasyonun yapısına ve hedeflerine göre nasıl değiştiğine ve performansla ilişkisine odaklandı. İki oturumdan ve grup çalışmalarından oluşan eğitim, soru-cevap bölümüyle son buldu ve ardından katılımcılara sertifikaları verildi.

Eğitime yerel ve uluslararası STK temsilcileri ile üst düzey yöneticiler katılım sağladı. Bunlar arasında Cumhurbaşkanlığı İletişim Başkanlığı, İHH, ZUMRA Vakfı, Developing-8, IDSB ve Maarif'ten temsilciler yer aldı. Eğitim sonunda konuk eğitmene de plaket takdim edildi.

Leadership Training Organised by STA for NGO and Corporate Executives

ILKE Foundation's Civil Society Academy (STA) hosted acclaimed leadership trainer and academician Prof. Dr. Basil Mustafa who has long been a senior faculty member at Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies and has previously served as Nelson Mandela Fellow in Educational Studies at Oxford. 

In this training namely “The Art of Values-Based Leadership”  Prof. Mustafa discussed the requisites of true leaders, their impact on work environment and company performance and the process through which they are developed. The trainer focused on the importance of values and how they change according to the structure of organisation and its targets as well as its relevance with the performance. The training included two sessions and group tasks and ended with questions and answers session after which certificates were awarded to the participants.

The training received rich participation of senior management from local and international NGOs and profit based organizations operating in Istanbul. These included representatives from Presidency's Communication directorate, IHH, ZUMRA foundation, Developing-8, IDSB and Maarif to name a few. The guest trainer was also presented a plaque at the end of the training.
